Hello, my name is Dahoon Kim. Growing up in Orange County, I was exposed to diverse cultures and communities, thrived on making and building, and had a deep passion for discovery and exploration. As an Industrial Designer specializing in footwear, wearables, and performance, I investigate opportunities to elevate people’s lives. With a playful approach to exploration, I experiment, prototype, and ideate, finding the most innovative solutions. From future tech to manufacturing, I see what people need, what’s possible, and how it can be produced today and 5/10/50 years from now. Through design, I create products that elevate the daily experience for people and athletes, both useful and sexy.
