Enjoy North East Serving

Northeastern Chinese cuisine is a particular style of Chinese cooking in Northeast China. Due to the region’s harsh and long winters, and relatively short growing seasons, Northeastern Chinese’s cuisine offers more preserved foods and large portions in order to prevent food spoilage and help protect people from cold and hunger. Since I am from the northeast of China, I feel really proud of the dishes there, so the purpose of designing this brand is to carry forward this unique style of cooking.
