Scifi City

This is a sci-fi city design. I want to design a landmark building in the city.
Daytime scene: spaceships fly from ports around the world
Night scene: I want to show the dazzling lights of the city at night, giving it a prosperous feeling.
This is what the city looks like on a rainy day. The whole atmosphere looks dangerous and tense.
