Tavolo goes beyond the expected conventions of pasta to introduce authentic Tuscan cuisine in an accessible and fresh way. The products bring Chef Luigi’s innovative take on Italian cuisine to an American audience and can be easily packed for an afternoon soiree or a quick lunch during work.
Learning Outcomes:
The project brief was to choose a chef or restaurant and create a line of CPGs for their brand. I chose a local deli in Atlanta owned by Luigi D'Arienzo. I've learned how to consolidate market research into a new brand system that fits his personality and apply it across products with different forms and shapes.
