A breakthrough in my project in my eyes, after building these images and models for over a year and a half. My last two weeks before my residency I “overcooked” my most extensive model and started to find all these happy accidents in the work.I was left with these digital imprints where the texture and figuration should have been. These are the starts of what will become the paintings.
