Bon Iver's 22, A Million

In redesigning Bon Iver's "22, A Million," I was deeply inspired by its experimental soundscapes. By integrating glitch art, I aimed to visually represent the band's sonic progression, creating a cover that captures the album's complex textures and digital elements. This project sought to establish a visual-audio connection, enhancing the album's innovative sound and drawing listeners into its unique auditory experience.
Learning Outcomes:
Embarking on this project, I immersed myself in translating the album's unique sounds into visual form, using digital artistry to create a cover that reflects its sonic journey. I learned how visuals significantly enhance the musical experience, with the design amplifying the album's complex nuances and innovative spirit. This process revealed the profound link between sight and sound, showing how detailed visuals can deepen and enrich the listener's connection with the music.
