This was a simple fun illustration with the main goal to challenge myself to combine two very opposite styles being the traditional Korean Hanbok and 1970's-1980's punk to create a fun design with contrasting elements.
Learning Outcomes:
This was a personal art challenge in character design. The biggest challenge was combining the two contrasting designs without overwhelming one without the other. It ended up more punk but I would like to continue this piece as a series of hanbok designs combines with other modern fashion trends and aesthetics.
