From a small fishing village in Japan to Peruvian exploration, Nobu Matsuhisa fused Japanese techniques with South American flavours, creating iconic dishes like the world-famous Black Miso Cod. Now, ‘By Nobu’ invites food enthusiasts to elevate their home dining experience with premium restaurant-quality sauces, crafted by Nobu himself.
Learning Outcomes:
86% of consumers among younger generations (<45) show a willingness to pay more for sustainable packaging. Luxury products don’t need excessive packaging. Instead luxurious products can be elevated through design, minimalism and eco-concious practices.
