Sink (In-progress)

Sink is a typography animation using a quote from the film Big Blue. The quote represents the male character who only knows about diving. It later explains the last scene of his decision to drown after sending his friend diver underwater, who dies at the former competition. In this animation, the interaction of underwater typography and scenery will be the main focus to portray his character of finding serenity from the underwaters.
Learning Outcomes:
It was the most challenging project since this animation was my first motion graphic piece using After Effects. However, I've learned a lot with the animation techniques like adjusting keyframes and easy in/out/ease to reduce rigidity in motion using work with my illustrations of rays, seaweeds, bubbles, waves, and jellyfish. The focal point is to create the realistic motion of sinking and floating types and marine creatures.
