THE STAGES OF A SHRINE: NIDAROSDOMEN

This project takes a look at the construction and repair Nidaros Cathedral in Trondheim, Norway. The life of the cathedral is depicted in stages along an isometric plane, with a caption for each stage that details what changes ocured in that time period. This timeline is also bordered by two columns, which detail overarching information and legacy or mythological information about the Nidaros Cathedral and cathedrals in general.
Learning Outcomes:
From this project, I learned how to treat a large amount of information and type in a new set of dimensions (long, horizontal). I also exercised my skill in pacing and editing information in captions and border columns.
