Pick up The Ticks

2024, Oil Pigment snd Ink jet On Canvas, 72x72 inches. These are the paintings from my senior projects show. They are the culmination of two years of work using machine learning and hackable printing technology to interpret my hand and concepts into oil paintings. This has been a process that has really taken up most of my time at art center and I’m really happy about finding a painting process that feels extremely individual to me

Learning Outcomes:

That this is just the beginning. There have been so many falls and failures in the course of finding this process and cultivating it. I failed over and over again and feel like it took me 2 years to make 5 paintings. I think when you have a deep interest in something it’s really important to not let the thoughts of others deter you and keep following the intuition from source.
