SUSTAIN.

SUSTAIN. is an innovative eating disorder recovery app that offers tools for recovery: therapist support, community connection, progress tracking, and self-care activities. Developed through extensive research and user feedback, SUSTAIN. integrates evidence-based practices with modern design principles to ensure accessibility and effectiveness in addressing stigma and promoting the importance of joyful and essential aspects of life through eating.
Learning Outcomes:
Through my project, I learned profound lessons about resilience and empathy. Interviewing individuals grappling with eating disorders deeply moved me. This journey taught me invaluable insights into both my own journey and the diverse experiences of others. Additionally, I gained practical skills in app prototyping and learning how to translate empathetic design principles into a tangible tool like SUSTAIN.
