PUMA: CHANNEL RUNNER

Puma Innnovation Internship project: 'Channel Run' is a radical performance concept that suggests a novel solution for running in deep, slippery mud terrain. Inspired by water channeling features observed in nature such as fins, gills, river channels; 'Channel Runner' aims to create a channel system underneath the foot that steers, flows, and brake through mud to create traction. (This concept was created during a 1 year internship at Puma in Herzogenaurach, Germany.)
