Scale It

Scale it is a collection of sustainable climbing holds made from fish scales, a completely recyclable by product of the fishing industry. It aims to address the problem of the indoor climbing industry which traditionally uses non recyclable polyurethane holds. This project explores not only materials and alternative manufacturing processes but climbing culture as a whole and how impact movement and design.
