Liao: Vase

This portrait from the Liao series symbolizes how this person is like a vase in my heart, capable of containing everything. It reflects a shift in my emotions, from intense anger on the left to ease and acceptance on the right. Initially, I saw this person as a fragile child, represented by a flawed bottle, but later recognized their inherent wholeness, completing the bottle. The muted colors mirror my fluctuating state of mind, oscillating between pain and tranquility.
