Zodiac Surf girl

Growing up in a conservative Asian culture, I experienced societal expectations that limited women's freedom, including restrictions on beach activities and standards of beauty. After moving to Southern California, I was inspired by the freedom of self-expression. This led me to create a series of fantasy illustrative cards for Roxy, the first swimwear brand for women, where I explore freedom through zodiac characters on imaginative beach adventures.
