Poka, Aka, Miio, and Crunchy live in a fictional world inspired by 2000s Japanese neighborhoods, blending colorful, stylized, Y2K, and street aesthetics. Poka, a cute robot with an emoji-like head and inflatable body, dispenses items for teammates via a gashapon machine. Miio, an eccentric sushi chef with a goldfish helmet, loves fish and water, riding a giant mechanical koi. Crunchy, a sly tanuki-turned-merchant, carries a traditional Japanese doll puppet.
