I live right up the street from this Laundry, but now the Laundry place is gone and this new cafe came in recently. Regal Laundry was in our neighborhood for a long time before this cafe came in, so for fun, I decided to paint the night scenes of this beautiful Laundry and also the morning/day scenes of this new cafe.

Location : Laundry___ Setting : Last day of the Laundry / Dark Late night___ Story : Owner goes through mixed feelings in his car saying bittersweet last good bye to the Laundry with teary eyes
Location : Cafe____ Setting : First day of the Cafe / Early morning____ Story : Cleaning in process before first day opening
