JSX Rebrand

JSX Rebranding The goal of this project was to create a clear brand identity system using transmedia. The new brand identity should be easy to remember but have an impactful image that won’t be forgotten even after seeing it once.
Learning Outcomes:
Creating a brand identity and really sticking that throughout different mediums was a challenge but also something that I learned from working on this project. There are various mediums that could be explored which this branding could be applied to, which is what I wan’t to improve on in the future.

ABOUT JSX

JSX provides publicly available charter flights. Although they only provide short flights within the US, customers can enjoy a private jet service without paying the actual cost of one.

BRAND ELEMENTS

The primary color is a slight change from JSX’s iconic red. The new shade of red symbolizes a new and improved identity --- an evolution of the past. The new secondary color symbolizes the sky.

Univers is a typeface that has a high legibility. It is also very clean and organized, just like the new JSX’s vision to provide clear communication.

JSX’s new logo consists of three letterforms that are interconnected. No letterform stands alone --- the ability to connect, and to provide a joyful flight experience is what JSX strives for.

The red jet stands out amongst the other competitive airlines.

Although JSX’s flights are short, customers can enjoy various applications inside the jet.

There would be accents of the Cherry Red and Soaring Sky throughout the interior of the plane.

Contactless check-in is available for those who are in a rush, or simply if they are conscious about who they are coming in contact with.

On the website, customers can book their flights and see the flight information.

The app is made to be very clear and easily accessible. If needed, customers can also add their own health information card (with vaccination records etc.) within the app for future flights.
