Having lost a family member to an overdose, I wanted to make a film that discussed the effect one person's addiction can have on their family, as well as the effect one's family can have on their addiction. I hope to share this story with people who can relate, whether through their own experiences or through someone they love, as well as with people who cannot. It is important that we discuss this harsh reality and bring awareness to as many people as possible.
Learning Outcomes:
On this film, I most learned how to manage a set as effectively as possible, while maintaining a fun, enjoyable environment. We've all heard horror stories about sets that were out of control, or had too much tension in the air, so it will always be my goal to run sets where people are both working hard and enjoying themselves; these two things are not mutually exclusive.
