Great Writer Series

The book presents essays, novels, poems, and/or magazines written by and/or about the author, Amy Tan. She is an influential writer in the Asian American community, representing the Chinese culture that she was inspired by her mother. I choose Amy Tan because I felt connected to her background and I wanted to bring more attention to the Asian American community.
Learning Outcomes:
Through this project, I learned to manipulate text-heavy materials, yet allow them to feel dynamic and easy to read.
