This anthropology study explores the brand DNA of Born X Raised and the legacy of co-founder Spanto. Through campaign analysis, ethnographic research, and a rearticulation of brand values, I examine the challenge between cultural authenticity and global expansion. What does it mean for a streetwear brand to scale without selling out? This project anchors resistance as a core tenet of its messaging, visual identity, and influencer collaborations.
