Inside Menopause

I cherish the time I spend with my family—it’s what restores my energy and grounds me. Over the past few years, my mother has been going through menopause, and as her child, I’ve been eager to support her in any way I can. Together, we began exploring traditional Chinese medicine. It has been fascinating, not only as a medical system but as a philosophy that shapes how we understand balance and the body. Translating these theories into my own visual language has become a meaningful and inspiring experiment.
