Quest Diagnostics

A user centered rebrand for Quest Diagnostics that transforms the complex lab testing experience into something clear and approachable. Maintaining credibility and understanding for both patients and healthcare providers.

Process:

For this project I used research, branding, and design to make the lab testing experience feel smooth for both patients and providers. 

Learning Outcomes:

Creating one platform that serves both patients and providers required strategic prioritization. With limited time, I had to focus on key features that would deliver value to both user groups rather than trying to solve everything at once. 

Through this experience, I learned how to balance competing user needs, prioritize features, and design systems that work for multiple target users. 

With more time, I would conduct deeper research into provider workflows, test with larger user groups, and refine the feature set based on real-world usage patterns. Moving forward, I aim to continue designing healthcare solutions that improve experiences for all users involved in the care journey.
