Yuhua Book
Yu Hua is a Chinese writer. This project is to introduce the author to people who don't know the author Yu Hua's book. I made an eight-page book. Most of Yu Hua's books are about the various oppressions people encounter in society. There is a feeling that society is a prison, but his books give people a feeling of trying to live in an oppressive environment. My project uses the concept of "To Live", I also used "alive" Chinese on the cover. I engraved the font on the wooden board, then scanned.
Learning Outcomes:
Continue to learn from type2, this is my first project of type3. This is a Type Heavey project. The biggest challenge for me is to combine my ideas with Type Heavey. I started with a very narrow column, and there was not much content. But after several modifications, I finally found a suitable way to make the whole look comfortable. Moreover, in the negative space of this project, it is also a challenge to control the ratio and arrangement of pictures and text.
