Still life: Love and Pain
This photography series explores the duality of love and the inevitable pain that accompany it. Love is often perceived as a brilliant light, yet it is a journey that carves deep, jagged scars into the soul. Through the metaphor of a red flower blooming amidst darkness and decay, this work visualizes the cycle of passion, suffering, and ultimate resilience.
I interpret love and pain not as opposing forces, but as two sides of the same coin—an "indivisible unity" where pain matures the soul and gives depth to passion. It is a visual chronicle of a "beautiful tragedy" that refuses to be extinguished by the surrounding void.
