Boundless Biomes

Boundless Biomes is a fictional art exhibition that explores how the growth patterns of living systems can be translated into visual and spatial experiences. Built around the idea that life forms an ever-expanding and interconnected system, the exhibition reimagines natural geometries—hyperbolic forms, microbial colonies, and repeating organic curves—as a graphic language.

A companion website was designed to introduce the exhibition, present the participating artists and their works, and extend the experience into a digital space. Through a gesture-based generative interaction powered by hand tracking, visitors can create hyperbolic shapes in real time, making the experience more immersive and playful.

Print materials for the exhibition include the ticket, bookmark, and catalog. The catalog introduces the exhibition’s concept, profiles each artist and their key works, and includes a flow plan outlining the spatial layout. Designed as a concise guide, it captures the visual tone and structure of the speculative exhibition.

Designed a set of on-site media for the exhibition, including introductory screen graphics, a hanging banner, and a title wall displayed at the entrance. These elements were created to establish a cohesive visual identity across the space, guide visitors into the exhibition narrative, and set the atmosphere from the moment they enter.
