Desert X

Desert X is an outdoor art museum in the Coachella Valley, featuring contemporary, site-specific installations across desert landscape. Rather than existing inside a traditional museum, the desert itself becomes the gallery. The identity captures the scale and atmosphere of the desert. By translating elements such as time of day, shifting light, and pathways into graphic forms, the system activates the artworks and continually reshapes how audiences experience them.
