Canton Alley

Canton Alley is a kinetic recalling journey to step into a time machine of finding the old alleys and their street food, while physically located in Los Angeles. We collage the vibrant elements of the streetscape to recreate the homey environment, and to serve multiple special culinary styles in Canton. The open kitchens ran by “unusual chefs” performs a symphony of the chopping scissors, the sizzling chicken from salt baking, and the steam rising from bamboo baskets, all within a menu of a love letter to Cantonese modest icons. Here we invite guests to sit together, teleport back to the Canton Alleys, and taste the fresh flavor cook by the Canton Chefs.
