Cardling

Co-designed a live-service mobile card game blending deck-building, 1v1 PvP battles, and town-building simulation. The game follows a shop owner who inherits a mysterious box and must battle their way to saving a failing card store. Targeting card game enthusiasts and collectors aged 13–40, Cardling features both a single-player story mode — where players earn free cards by completing challenges — and an online multiplayer mode with ranked battles and ongoing world-building updates. Responsible for the full economy design, including a dual soft/hard currency system, card rarity distribution, and sources-and-sinks balancing, as well as two seasonal retention events and a collection-driven metagame. Independently produced all UI wireframes and system flow diagrams in Figma.
