Kinder Cuisine (Toy Design)

Kinder Cuisine is a virtual pet that helps kids go about their day, managing their emotions, remembering tasks, doing stretches and deep breathing and to be a little friend on the go. 

Process:

I researched a lot of development for a game/virtual pet as well as looking into how IP and copyright functions. I also considered all facets of play in this development.

Learning Outcomes:

My goal was to make a virtual pet that was portable and able to help kids balance work and play. As someone who was a neurodivergent kid, I like to design for what would have benefitted a kid like me. I know that a lot of problems like task management, remembering to take breaks or stretch are incredibly universal. I wanted to explore game-ifying it.
