I frequently create nature-inspired digital collages as a personal art practice. It is less of a project geared towards design, and more of an exercise in engaging with the cycles present in the environment around me. This was a piece created for a person in my life who is highly versed in astrology. Each image sourced in this piece pertains to the Leo sign of the zodiac.
Learning Outcomes:
I learned: 1) Less is often more 2) Allowing yourself to create with little to no expectations of an end result is a fun exercise and practice to adopt in personal art / design-making 3) I'm interested in the prospect of animating digital collages now that I have experience with motion design
