War Photography

This is a folding booklet on "War Photography" mainly the Perspective change caused by freedom of photography during the Vietnam war. Throughout this booklet you will see the photographs that caused the shift in public perspective during the Vietnam war with an infographic backing it up. This was a 7 week process which only started with the poem by Roland Barthe 'Plastic' and the world silver halide.
Learning Outcomes:
Sequence design is a fun process. It really shows the process and makes me feel invested in what I'm making. In that aspect I think as a designer it is incredibly useful in showing clients the process to a project giving them a better understanding.

I have a mind map with the word plastic and silver halide. I found it difficult coming up with connections I was thinking more literal at the microscopic level and started thinking more metaphorical with photography. It came to me at the last minute "war photography" and the effects it had on the public view of war.
