LostLA Logo Redesign

For this project, we were tasked to redesign the logo for the PBS series, LostLA. I took a more personal approach by creating a bold yet minimalistic logo. I was inspired by my upbringing of visiting the streets of Melrose and Fairfax; being exposed to the attitude and cultural diversity that LA has, I wanted to incorporate them into my logo. I was heavily inspired by the streetwear brand Off-White to create the lockup with "LA."
Learning Outcomes:
It was difficult to create a logo that still emulated the context of the series. However, pushing through those setbacks helped a lot. This was also one of the first few times I had ever used Illustrator. I still have much to learn about that program, but so far I do know the basics of it now.
