Booklet Design

This is a project for the midterm of Communication Design 2. The theme of the booklet came from Roland Barthe's article, The Plastic, and a documentary film, The Endless Summer.
Learning Outcomes:
From this assignment, I understand how the grand strategy works, how it is closely related to every part of your design. Grand strategy plays the role of leading, which guides your decision on text, type, and pictures. The text also plays an important role in sequencing design. It can lead viewers' eyes and build up the relation between different pages.
