Lost LA Logo Redesign Project

In this project I recreated the logo for the documentary “Lost LA”, which original logo was more traditional and conservative. The majority of the audience will be young people who interested and willing to learn about the history of Los Angeles. Lost LA will have a more modern and mysterious impression of the logo to attract a new and potential audience.
Learning Outcomes:
I tried to incorporate the labyrinth structure into the logo. By connecting the L and the S, the word “lost” became more integral and clearly separated from LA, making it easy to identify. Then I tried to change the connection point to a curved one to make the whole logo look softer.
