Chromatic Perceptionism
(TASK—book on a research topic of choice) Fascinated by color, I decided to research color, the language of color, and its perceptions. “Chromatic Perceptionism” explores the idea that color is an experience specific and unique to each individual and background. This book explores topics ranging from color names in different languages, different sensations tied to color, and movie stills with strong color usage.
Learning Outcomes:
synthesizing research: collecting information into a digestible format for readers. Book Production: working with production turnover rates, setting up files for printing, working with print shop for production. Visual language: creating graphics and consistent system for a book.
