Typo Berlin

Students were assigned to create a wordmark and set of two black and white posters for Typo Berlin, a mock type conference in Berlin. I decided to take the approach of modernization of typefaces. I represented this by taking Georgia and removing serifs. This made it appear that it was morphing into a more contemporary sans serif.
