The series of posters were made by me for the Wildlife Conservation Society. This is associated with the Zine project. My concept is to use blood to form the image of animals. When people look closely, they will find that the pictures of these animals are made of red blood. I deliberately didn't make the effect of the blood drop too obvious, my idea was that animals couldn't speak, so the killings all erupted in silence. There is not much difference between humans and animals.
Learning Outcomes:
This project was making posters, and what I learned the most was finding ways to make a strong visual impact. Posters need to be vivid or strong in the sense that they should be able to be read from a distance. White backgrounds are not the most effective treatment. And the series of posters need to be connected to each other, but also should be able to be displayed individually. So I arranged the animals from the most common to the least common as the poster subject, from ducks to elephants.
