IAMDDB Swervvvv.5 Album & Merch Design

I re-imagined with the album release of Swervvvvv.5 by the artist IAMDDB would look like, along with a limited edition of two posters, a collectors edition of vinyl and album, along with a merch release. My inspiration was heavily influenced by the album itself and the “groovy futurism” of the music, and I wanted to create a collection that would be attractive to IAMDDB’S fans. This re-imagined Album & Merch design was in mind of IAMDDB’s aesthetic.
Learning Outcomes:
I learned to have fun with this project. I have never done anything like this before in terms of style. I pushed myself on what I presumed my design aesthetics were and let the inspiration of IAMDDB'S music and artistic expression guide me in the design choices. I used Photoshop effects and blending methods to create the album cover and merch designs.
