Materials Lab Final

Our final project brief was to "Make a sign". Not an actual sign, although you could if you wanted to, but more of a philosophical sign. I wanted to create something that I could get good use out of, but also as a way to challenge myself. I created a bench with inspiration from wabi sabi, as a sign of my feelings during my first term at ArtCenter. I may be cracked, and I'm certainly not perfect... but at the end of it all is (hopefully) a beautifully crafted, successful body of work!
