Sauces

This was a self chosen subject for the final. I chose to document and analyze my sauces in my fridge/pantry since that's what I had an abundance of. I had a spreadsheet to track all the information gathered from these sauces such as: expiration date, location purchased, uses on common dishes, recipes, and amount remaining.
Learning Outcomes:
I had a lot of fun with this project, since it combined food and design. I learned how to create posters that reflected advertisements we see around Los Angeles with my type and image treatment choices. It also gives a glimpse into my own experience growing up Asian-American where I mainly connect with my culture through food since I don't speak Mandarin or Cantonese.
