I love finding new, weird, fun things to do with shape and color in 2D and combining graphic design choices with characters in motion; I have a strong foundation in figurative work so I'm comfortable with dialing stylization up or down depending on the project. Lately, I'm enjoying pushing the limits of what digital 2D animation can look like with compositing in After Effects.

I have become somewhat of a Cuteness Connoisseur lately :~) I spend many hours per day conducting Cuteness Research, and my dream is to design cute things that make people smile and laugh.

Currently wrapping up an animated comedy short about a dog grooming mishap. When not working on animation related pursuits, I enjoy vending silly stickers at markets, illustration, printmaking, and weightlifting. I love combining my interests in a way that never leaves me bored! I am interested in things that aren't cute too, I promise...
