I am a director and screenwriter from Hershey, PA. I was born in Northern California, raised in Pennsylvania, and I'm now back in California pursuing a life long dream. Most of my work falls under the genres of horror and fantasy, simply put, I make monster movies. Everyone has parts of themselves they don't like to think about. Parts of themselves they're scared of. Identity is an unwieldly beast that most people spend their entire lives figuring out. This is where my work lives. The monumental effort that comes from finding your identity, and the horror that comes from having it ripped away from you. No matter how much we may dislike a part of ourselves that part is still an important part of who we are. I enjoy facing that part through monsters. After all its easier to face what we find uncomfortable when it is standing in front of you bearing its fangs. Although, recently I have been interested in the impact of social media and other developing technologies have had on our sense of self. What does it mean to be an artist when everyone is always performing for the world? I hope I can find out.

Outside of writing and directing I am also a production sound mixer. In my free time I like to play Dungeons and Dragons.
