Hello there! I am Hongqiao Chen, you may call me " Itarc ". Raised by professors in Shenzhen, a city of new technologies, I was surrounded by learning, sharing of ideas and cultivated a deep appreciation for history and culture.

As a Service Designer, I incorporate culture, history and social issues with human need in order to transform communities through design.I use design thinking to find solutions that benefit user’s quality of life, provide accessible resources and change their mindset. I link innovative opportunities in product design, environmental design, transportation and business, crafting a new way forward. I design services that honor history and culture and transform the relationships between people and their communities.
