About
As a Gen Z writer/director, my genre of choice is Horror, with a focus on psychological and supernatural elements in the tradition of The Twilight Zone, Stranger Things, and Black Mirror. I also like monster movies which further taps into my generation's deep affinity for horror.
To date, I've directed over 25 live-action short films. On every project, I commit to the full scope of production: writing the script, casting, building the world through production design and costumes, then directing, shooting, and editing. Telling a story from top to bottom has made me a stronger filmmaker.
I’ve also worked on over 70 sets in many roles such as cinematographer, sound, 2nd AD, and G&E.
I made my first film at age four, a stop-motion production, and I haven't stopped since. As a graduate of the Directing Track at ArtCenter College of Design's Film Program, I've been telling stories through a visual medium my whole life.
Before ArtCenter, I attended LACHSA (Los Angeles County High School for the Arts) in the theatre department — an experience that gave me an intimate understanding of acting I bring to every set. I began writing and directing horror films there, screening in the Horror Film Festival. I love collaborating with actors, I keep the set positive and energized, and I shoot fast and with intention. Everything I make is a step toward my goal: directing film and television.
