From the city of angels...

Tehya Rivette is a Native American writer, director, and costume designer who specializes in visually striking and musically resonant work. Like a true SoCal baby, her creative voice stems from her love for Hollywood history, the L.A. music scene, and the vibrant subcultures that have long fueled California’s creative identity. She has found her style through projects that blend strong visual aesthetics with character-driven narratives and a strong soundtrack.

Tehya’s directing credits include the narrative short film The Red Moon and Heartburn, music videos for artists such as Nemo Lakes, Rachel Prancer, and Stretch Hanson, and commercial campaigns for brands like Spotify. Currently, she is developing a feature titled Hollywood Dogs, a film that explores the gritty 1980s punk scene of Los Angeles. Her costume design and styling credits include brands like Omega, Grey Goose and Dove and films like Cucumber and Asa Nisi Masa, as well as work for artists like Diablo, Harley, and Tabitha Andelin.
