For the Fall 2023 term, I worked closely with a group of 2 other MDes students to execute a complete brand strategy development, and brand identity system for a fictional company. This project showcases a conceptual design for 'Titian,' a transformative cosmic voyage. It offers a detailed glimpse into a futuristic journey to Mars, focusing on the hospitality of space travel.
Learning Outcomes:
The team started with thorough research behind the idea of the brand. Starting with mega and macro trends, doing a competitive analysis, and user persona and touchpoint ideation. After the research the team developed a complete brand strategy using a brand framework consisting of the brands: positioning, ambition, value, and purpose. We finally landed on a cohesive brand identity to be used through various applications.
