A Story about 4 kids who run a music store in NYC, that decide to form an unlikely Rap Rock Group.

EQ, Carnegie, Army Brat, and Kong decide to play into their varying interest, plus the popularity of the infamous souvenir shirt to form their band. These, "Street Rats," wouldn't be complete without their animated Rat mascot, "Squeak D'Vile."
