First article. Title created through image scanning, representing the warping of reality. Chinese calligraphy is applied throughout the design to create cohesiveness, evoke chaotic emotions, and continue to quote phrases from Paris 68.

Process of image creating. The makeup is inspired by experimental makeup, which focuses on self-expression. This makeup represents my breaking through of societal normality. For instance, instead of wearing eyeshadow on my eyelid, I apply it to my undereye. I also used face paint to paint Chinese calligraphy on myself.
